Hi, I am Elisabeth
I am an integrative therapist, which means that I pull from multiple therapeutic approaches to fit the needs of each individual client. The most important aspect of therapy is finding a therapist that you can trust, feel safe with, and know there is no judgement. I aim to foster a relaxed, comfortable environment in which my clients feel open to speak with me about the good, the bad, the ugly (and everything in between)!

Whether you are a person who has never been to therapy before and don’t know where to start, or you’ve tried therapy multiple times in the past and have struggled to get something out of it, therapy can be an incredibly beneficial and healing process.
Clients have come to me from all walks of life; sometimes they know exactly what they want and others have no idea how therapy can help, but know they could be more content and are curious about the process.
